Start with the shape
The current field includes a slim pocket cylinder, a conventional 18650 cylinder, a shorter mini cylinder and a flat integrated light. Compare those forms before comparing charging details.
A shape that looks compact in one direction can still be wider or thicker in another. Keep the exact form beside its battery and charging record rather than treating every EDC light as the same carry problem.
Four current power branches
Streamlight MicroStream USB uses a removable Streamlight 66607 battery and micro-USB charging. Wurkkos FC11C uses a removable 18650 cell and USB-C.
ThruNite Archer Mini uses a built-in 320mAh 10400 battery with USB-C under the threaded head cover. Olight ArkPro uses a non-user-replaceable integrated battery with USB-C and Olight MCC magnetic charging.
Plan for ownership
A removable-cell light separates battery replacement from light replacement. An integrated light keeps the system together, but the battery is not a separate owner-replacement path.
Charging is part of the ownership decision too. Keep the exact connector or named magnetic system with the model record, especially before buying a spare cable.
